Self-exclusion Policy

EE Entertainment Ltd. (“Casino”) undertakes to fully comply with all applicable laws. Self-restriction is an option for those who want to stop gambling at the Casino for a certain period. If you think you are spending too much time or too much of your money gambling, you can apply for self-restraint from our Casino. In this case, please contact our support team.

Self-restraint process

Once you are self-limited from our casino, your casino account will be frozen, and you will not be allowed to place any bets.

The minimum self-limitation period in our casino is one week. Your account will under no circumstances be reinstated during the self-limitation period.

You should consider self-limiting at our casino if you encounter one of the following situations:

  • You have lost interest in family, friends, or hobbies due to gambling.
  • You lied to hide the amount of money or time you spend gambling.
  • You play until you lose all your money.
  • When you lose, you get the feeling that you need to win back losses as soon as possible.
  • You play alone for long periods of time.
  • You play to pass the time or get rid of boredom.
  • Gambling is preventing you from attending work or college.
  • Gambling makes you depressed or suicidal.
  • Fights, disappointments, or upsets make you want to gamble again.
  • Other people (family members, close friends) are skeptical about your gambling.

The main difference between closing an account at our casino and self-limiting is that during the period of self-limitation, you will not be allowed to reopen your account under any circumstances.

The issue of re-opening your account can be considered after a written request sent by you to the Casino.

Please note that the Casino may reject a written request if the Casino believes that your gambling problems are predominant.

In the event that you decide to exclude yourself from our Casino, we strongly recommend that you do the same with all other gambling operators with whom you may have an account.

We also recommend that you remove our Casino site from the "Favorites" category of your web browser (or other similar sections of your web browser) and remove all social media links associated with our Casino.

Deposit limits

As another form of self-limitation, we offer all players the ability to set themselves a daily, weekly, and/or monthly limit on the amount a player can deposit at our casino. If you would like to use this option, please contact our support team and let us know:

  • What type of limit do you want to enter (daily/weekly/monthly);
  • What should be the amount of the limit;
  • For how long the limit must be valid (limit validity period).

The minimum term for any deposit limit is one week.

If you would like to reduce the amount of the limit, we will apply the reduction immediately. On the other hand, if you ask us to increase the amount of the limit, the limit will only be increased at the end of the period originally specified (as stated in paragraph 3. above).
